Midway through the round, Khan walked into a perfectly-placed counter left hook that exploded on his chin. Khan crashed to the canvas and staggered back to his feet. However, he returned to the fight at the start of the fourth. An early right hand from Garcia sent Khan stumbling forward inviting an unrelenting flurry of blows from his opponent. While Khan appeared to be gaining strength momentarily, a final left hand from Garcia sent him back to the floor.
